SSL encryption on checkout. Secure payment processing via Stripe. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our site may link to third-party websites (Amazon, social media, etc.). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

01About Us

KoruPeak LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company headquartered at 1615 House Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001. We sell premium consumer kitchenware including the KoruPeak Dual-Sided Cutting Board.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

03Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice
  • Orders are confirmed via email after payment is processed
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund

04Shipping

KoruPeak orders are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon Fulfillment Services. Shipping times, tracking, and delivery are managed by Amazon. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.

05Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on all purchases. Visit our Returns page for full eligibility, process, and timeline details, or email [email protected] to start a return.

06Product Use & Care

The KoruPeak Cutting Board is designed for residential kitchen use:

  • Hand-wash only. The board is not dishwasher safe — the bamboo side will warp.
  • Do not use the board as a heat trivet or near open flames
  • Do not use abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals on the bamboo side
  • KoruPeak is not liable for damage caused by misuse or improper care

07Intellectual Property

All content on korupeak.com — logos, product images, copy, design, and the KoruPeak name — is property of KoruPeak LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. No copying, reproduction, or distribution without written permission.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoruPeak's total liability for any claim related to your order or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

09Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold "as is" except as expressly stated in our return policy. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is required by law.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
