You have 30 days from delivery to return your KoruPeak Cutting Board for a refund or replacement.
What Qualifies
Defective or damaged on arrival — We cover return shipping plus full refund or replacement
Changed your mind — Board must be unused, in original packaging, with all components included
Wrong item received — We cover return shipping and ship the correct item immediately
Not Eligible
Boards showing signs of use, cuts, scratches, or staining
Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery
Items missing original packaging or components
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Return Shipping
Defective, damaged, or wrong item: KoruPeak covers return shipping (we'll email a prepaid label)
Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping. No restocking fee.
